When you purchase a home in Madison Village, you become a member of the Madison Village at Charter Colony Homeowners' Association. The set of documents that govern the community include the Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws, the Declaration of Convenant, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR's), and the Design Standards.
